RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn and without wear, with its tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and where you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period

Notwithstanding the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a 14-day period, for any reason and without being required to provide justification. As stated above, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn and without wear, with its tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
