Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after purchase confirmation. During high-demand periods, such as launches or promotions, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship throughout Europe and to various international countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated at checkout.
- Portugal and Spain: 2 to 7 business days
- Europe (rest): 5 to 15 business days
- International: 7 to 30 business days
Shipping and Tracking
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address and order weight. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to follow your delivery.
